What Sanad is

A private AI assistant that lives inside your organization.

No cloud account. No data leaving your network. Just a capable assistant running on the computers your team already uses.

The idea

Modern AI is genuinely useful. The catch is where it sends your data.

Most AI assistants live on the internet. To answer a question about your contract, they first send that contract to a company’s servers — often in another country, under rules you didn’t write. For a ministry, a bank, or a hospital, that is a problem before the assistant has typed a single word.

Sanad removes the internet from the equation. The assistant and the AI model both run on your own computers. Your documents are read locally and never uploaded. You get the helpfulness of modern AI, and your private information stays exactly where it already is.

The only thing Sanad’s servers ever learn is when a licence was last renewed. Everything else is local by design.

Why it’s built this way

Four things that follow from running on your own hardware.

Your information stays put

Because the assistant runs on your machines, your documents are never uploaded anywhere. There is nothing to leak from a server you don't control, and nothing in a contract written under someone else's law.

It works without the internet

Sanad keeps answering during an outage, on an air-gapped network, or in a building with patchy connectivity. The AI model lives on the computer itself.

The cost is predictable

One licence per person, once a year. No counting questions, no metered billing, no bill that grows the more your team actually uses it.

Arabic is a first language, not an afterthought

Sanad was built bilingual from the first screen. Your team reads, asks, and gets answers in Arabic or English without switching tools.

What your team can do with it

One assistant in place of a drawer full of tools.

Ask your documents

Upload policies, contracts, or manuals and ask questions in plain language. Every answer cites the source page it came from.

Summarize

Condense a long report, a contract, or a thread of correspondence into the points that matter.

Translate

Move text between Arabic, English, and 70 languages without leaving the app or sending it online.

Rewrite

Make an email or memo clearer, shorter, or more formal — tone and length on request.

Notes & tasks

Keep notes with tags and AI summaries, and track tasks with priorities and deadlines.

Meetings

Capture an agenda and get a tidy summary with action items when the meeting ends.

Read images

Pull text out of a scanned page or a photo so it can be searched, copied, or summarized.

Voice input

Speak instead of type — transcription runs locally on the same machine.

Who it’s for

Built for organizations that can’t send data out.

If your documents are confidential by law, by contract, or by common sense, Sanad lets your team use AI without making a copy of them on the internet.

Ministries and government bodies
Banks and financial institutions
Hospitals and clinics
Law and consulting firms
Universities and schools
Cultural and heritage institutions

The clearest way to understand it is to see it.

Twenty minutes, your office or online. Bring one of your own documents and we’ll show Sanad answering questions about it — offline.
